The new management team are rude and aggressive. And they don't care about the tenants. Dedicated parking is rarely enforced. And can you believe that you have to use only a Cashier's Check or Money Order for laundry--they don't accept cash. The hallways smells like pot most of the time. And the entire building smells like someone's pissed all over the place. The management team has no pride in their work. And no pride with regards to the quality of tenants. Another thing, they are so quick to take your deposit and rent but takes their sweet time to give it back--over several months. Last month, they increase my rent from $1025 to $1300 for a 200 sq. ft. studio. I'm so glad I moved out.
