Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I just moved out of "The Mark." The building was OK until the new management came in. They have no idea what they're doing and they are NEVER there. 3 hour long lunches maybe' My mailbox was broken about 4 times and we had a grand total of 3 keys in around a 2 month period. Mail was lost.
The hallways always smell like stank pot, the pool is cold and the walls are thin and you can hear the loud ass young people all the time. There were also times when the garbage shoot was overflowing.
MANAGEMENT IS SO RUDE!
The area is gross and if you want to deal with tourist and drunk -------s every night, move here.
