I lived at this place for a horrible 12 months.
When they raised the rent, I was so mad... but Im glad they did ! Because I knew I wasnt going to pay for that much of an increase..I found a much nicer apartment for the same price. Their rent increase was the best thing that happened to me at that apartment! because it gave me a 'purpose' or a 'reason' to get off my lazy butt and find a new apartment.. Im so happy where I live now..its about half a mile away from Wilcox, but seems like another city...I never go down Wilcox anymore, seems like a ghetto and the building was just awful.. I remember the person living directly above me had a bird, and I could hear it all the time chirping! so annoying, and when the tentant upstairs walked, I could hear ever foot step! dont even think about moving in.. and if your a current tenant, well then GET OFF YOUR LAZY BUTT and find a NEW place to live..
