What looks beautiful from the outside is far from it once you live here. There's been on-going construction here for 2 years to fix the poorly constructed building. So far they had to replace the roof which, replace all the windows, AND re-stucco and WATERPROOF the entire building because it was not water-proofed during original construction in 2004. There's been tremendous leaking from the walls and ceiling during rain, and although management was quick in making repairs they did not offer any rent reductions for all the nightmare the tenants had to endure or even at least bit apologetic. There's been on-going "NO WATER" for repairs (without legal 24-hour notices), and inspections from 10 construction crew & management due to an on-going lawsuit. The worst is the thin walls... I can hear my neighbors on their toilets!! They've changed management companies, however it's the same company just different names. On top of high rental fees, they charge their tenants for "access fees" each month: sewage access, trash access, water access, satellite access and for using the pool and grill (with more than 1 guest).
