I lived at the Hollywood Studio Club for almost 8 years. I was very sorry to leave, but a great job opportunity came my way that I could not pass up. I saw many Management companies come and go along with many managers.

I saw the early days of Crack Hoes, Hookers and Drug Dealers running rampant throughout the building with nothing being done. The place has done a 360 and is on the right track for those who can appreciate a PROFFESIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Those complainers are mad because now they have to follow the rules that most responsible people have to follow.

The office is open EVERY DAY and always completes maintainance requests within 48 hours. The new staff has always been friendly and goes out of their way to answer questions.

Just to set the record straight for the crew who are always working very hard; I was there when those kids were pulling the fire alarms every night - they were Evicted and are being investigated for Felony level activity.

The building is full of whining kids (18-25) with no clue about life on your own because Mommy & Daddy pay the bills while they try to be actors, musicians or whatever they are supposed to be.

Hollywood Studio Club and Monarch do a great job!!! Those other guys are "haters"

I totally agree with you. I lived in Hollywood Studio Club from June 1st 2002 until June 1st 2004. The place was nice and the staff. The only issue I had was the people always pulling the fire alarms at 2am. :)

You were lucky because there were lots of overlooked problems elsewhere and I rarely got anything taken care of without having to make at least a dozen complaints.
