Really the only decent thing about living in these apartments is their location...right off of Hollywood Blvd and a few blocks from the Kodak Theatre. They charge fees for non-important things, and utilities are not included and this is a studio apartment I'm living in. Also if you happen to be a couple of days late with the rent, make sure you pay it by the 3rd or you'll be charged a late fee and will have to pay by money order (and money order only! no checks or cash). For some odd reason they only accept checks up till the 3rd of the month now. My closet door needed repair and it took them almost 2 weeks to come and fix it, and then it ended up needing repair again (I wasn't rough with the door or anything). The jacuzzi in the courtyard is nice and so is the fitness room. People in the courtyard can get a bit loud sometimes. Security guards are nice.
