This is now called the Victor Hollywood. Don't even think about it! This place is trash and filled with a bunch of absolute slobs. People setting of the fire alarms, very thin walls, trash thrown everywhere, and poor management that changes on a weekly basis will make your life here rather unpleasant. There are residents that spit on the walls and carpets in the hallways...nice charming touch! They are in the middle of a renovation which consists of hiding the poor quality of the place with a coat of paint. They took the numbers off the apartment doors to paint them...and haven't seem them against since. The "temporary" paper numbers taped on the doors lasted about a week until some residents thought it was funny to rearrange all of them on the wrong doors. One of the elevators hasn't worked in at least 3 months. If you have a problem don't think the management will help or even act report your problem. I had an air conditioner that didn't work properly and it took about 8 complaints to get someone to actually come to the apartment to look. People leave cigarette butts and empty alcohol containers near all the windows. Some nice graffiti here and there. I've even saw a man in the elevator with a gun! This place is aweful! Stay away!
