"Redefining urban living... sexy and sleek renovation..." What the f#@K!' These people cannot be serious, or they truly have no taste for renovating a builing. Do not move-in. Rents are way too high, contra quality. The management, and staff suck big time. Exception is "Melissa", who's the nicest one, and the most skilled for the job. But especially, previously mentioned "Mike" is so insecure about himself, and immature that you are not able to deal with him almost at all. "Josh" is no better. Where do they find these dotish empty-heads'! The pool side is ok, and so is the so-called "state-of-an-art cardio center". ;) cardio center a.k.a. gym. What comes highly hyped lounge area. I never found it. All I found was 3 or 4 cheap no-name 17 inch LCD screens in lobby. Save your money, and be spared of headaches. Do not move-in.

Your experience with Melissa differs greatly with mine. She arrived looking and acting 100% bleached airhead bimbo. I have witnessed her in situations where she showed her true colors, and any politeness is you see is just a phoney layer covering an igniorant attitude... I found Mike (handyman) earnest but not much help in most situations, yet they demand a lot of him anyway... There was another arrogant gal named Jamie who, was again equal parts ignorance and arrigance. Jamie and Melissa, had the combined IQ of a beach ball - All round and shiny and colorful with nothing inside but air.

I usually do not leave comments on sites like this but felt it necessary due to the comments left about Melissa. She was always friendly and went out of her way to help me whenever I came into the office. Maybe I got to know her better than the person who left negative comments because I lived there for 4 years and also went to the same school that she attended. The person who did not like her was probably evicted by her because they did not pay their rent on time!

Nope. She was an airhead and more concerned with herself than the tenants. I heard how she reacted when the new management first took over. A guy came in with a renewal offer from the previous management. She "lost" it and never followed up. Couple weeks later the new management threw themselves a loud party by the pool. He called the office to complain about the noise, no answer. He found Melissa out by the pool. She acted as if he was from another planet. don't believe the hype, this place sucks. they have harrassed tenants even after they moved out. inexcusable.
