STAY AWAY...FAR FAR AWAY FROM "The Victor"/"Hollywood Studio Club". NO MATTER THE NAME THE PLACE IS ABOUT SEPARATING YOU FROM YOUR RENT MONEY. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT COMPLAINING ABOUT UNREASONABLE NOISE FROM OTHER TENANTS (ABOVE OR BESIDE YOU), LOST PACKAGES, OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER. THEY WANT YOU TO PAY YOUR RENT AND GO DISAPPEAR UNTIL THE RENT IS DUE THE NEXT MONTH. IF YOU'RE INTO ANARCHY AND DONT WORK A NORMAL JOB, DONT MIND CLIMBING STAIRS ALOT AND LIVING WITH TENANTS THAT ARE THERE MORE OFTEN THAN AWAY AND SEEM TO NOT HAVE A JOB, YET HAVE MONEY TO PAY THEIR RENT, THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!
I have never lived in such a dump in my entire life!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!! You couldn't PAY me to live there again!! You people should try living in a real ---- hole. Maybe you should take a drive down to south central in that brand new BMW and see some people with a few more problems than you. Maybe mommy and daddy will give you more of an allowance and you can go get a place in Bel Aire. God forbid you might have to move your lazy ass up 3 flights of stairs while moving your brand new Macintosh computer. God have mercy on your soul if one day you dont realize that there are bigger things to worry about in this world than you not getting your packages hand delivered to you. Maybe instead of wasting your time wrtting this babble, why not write a letter to your sentator about the sad state of our country. Oh wait, perhaps you didnt realize that there is a bigger world outside your apartment. Time to wake up kids....

this person is in thier right to complain. i have someone living their and i have a huge problem with mail being delivered. they sign for IMPORTANT PACKAGES and then have no memory of signing for it. And yes rent is pretty high. But i like their security. BUT OFFICE STAFF IS NOT GOOD. EXCEPTION MELLISA. SHE EXCELLENT. HOPE SHE IS STILL THERE.

This may be the most ridiculous place I've ever lived. The walls are so thin, when your neighbor does anything, they may as well be doing it in your apartment.
The security for this place is troubling at best. I was woken up at 5 in the morning by the night guard knocking loudly. When I opened the door, he told me that he received a noise complaint from "someone" and he tried to look around, even though I was standing in the doorway, had clearly been asleep and there was no noise and there hadn't been any.
Management/security couldn't keep the fire alarm from being pulled at least once a month, usually after 2 am. The elevators broke all the time. I remember once someone got stuck in one, and the manager didn't even show up.
The apartments are awkwardly designed, and way too small for the amount of money you'll spend. Don't do this to yourself. They may have changed the name, but it's the same place, no doubt.
