I'm the original poster. Let me make one clarification: this space is "ideal" for the $$ and location - I am generally content with my unit and the community. As to the rest of the rant, again, personal attacks... My review is the first post the Victor has had in a month, yet the above negative response was posted almost immediately after I posted? Is this coincidence?? Sounds to me like someone has a personal vendetta and is lying in wait. For your own mental health, let it go...

just to respond to the message above...don't blame the management they work for the OWNERS who put in the cheap materials. If you have a problem with the mgmt. then mention what exactly they do wrong. As for the actual quality of the building...blame your owners!

The owners are the ones who decided to push out existing tenants and tart up the property so they could raise rents and sell it as a "hip, urban, blah-blah-blah..." They are Pacific Properties and they have an office in Irvine.
