Ask the City Attorney if it's "not that bad" From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   You'd think in a city as big and populated as Los Angeles, the City Attorney's office might be busy with other things, but not too busy to send a representative to speak with the management at the Victor about what a crime-ridden drain on public service this dump is. And never mind the code violations. This building, which has become nothing but trouble under FPI, is now IN trouble. All of this is public record, so check it out. Or, stand in front of the building for five minutes and watch the Jerry Springer-like trash that is screwing up the place.
