The 1st day that I moved in, I discovered that there were FAMILIES of cockroaches living in the entire apartment. I told the manager; he gave me a can of bug spray.

The water pipes are so old that the water that comes out of the faucets and the shower head is slightly yellow and smells. You have to run the water for 10 minutes before it is kind-of okay to use.

The mgr is awful. He doesn't fix anything, and then if he comes into your apt and notices that something is wrong (i.e., the faucet is leaking), he yells at you for not telling him.

The entire complex is dirty. There are roaches randomly throughout the place. The floor is slippery in the lobby and parking lots, and many tenants have slipped.

The walls are paper-thin. I can hear conversations of the people next door, upstairs, and also out in the hallway. The complex is also near the frat houses, and they have loud parties and random people screaming in the middle of the night. The mgr will tell you that the place is "very quiet."

The elevator rarely works. The dryers don't dry clothes very well.
