Okay, there are some good things about this apartment and some bad things. First the bad: elevators are quite ------, one breaks down too often and they are both a little ghetto, but I didn't really mind to be honest. I haven't come across any cockroaches or pests, unlike the person above, but I did have a similar problem with unpotable water coming from the faucet once in a while, but I just let it run like half a minute and it was fine. The price is a little excessive since the manager knows he can get away with it, considering that it really is probably the best location of any real apartment complex near UCLA. Never used the pool, laundry is alright, sometimes it comes out of the dryer a little damp, but where does it not' The other two people who posted reviews here just ----- too much about every little problem. I can understand not liking the manager, but he has always been cool to me. Water/trash/sewage included is pretty cool. And the noise factor is pretty good, quiet over 90% of the time, sure some times there are parties, but this is a block away from UCLA, what do you expect' Overall, price not included, i give it a 7.5/10.
