They lied and took my money

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1993
 
The manager told me that if I vacated the place early, I would get that money back. Well, I didn't get it back! But they did take money from my deposit for "cleaning". I wrote to complain, but they ignored me. I had no time to file a formal complain with the Better Business Bureau as I had to leave the country. The place is owned by a large corporation, and the local manager was inept and rude.
