The rent is competitive - a good value for the area. The one bedroom apartments are roomy - and the apartment I rent has a walk in closet, as well as a second linen / coat closet near the bathroom entryway. The premises are well-maintained, they have a guard on duty 24/7, a passcard is required for the front entryway, a parking space in the gated parking level is included in the rent, and one can take an elevator from the garage area to their floor. All in all, a reasonably secure building.
