Bad maintenance and support at Tuscany. BEWARE!

I will summarize my last year of life at Tuscany which is a sample of typical frustration... Last week I came home to find my kitchen sink over flowing with sewer backup. Hours later no maintenance was available. Disgusting, unsafe, and unhealthy would summarize that week. I had to stay in a hotel for two nights. During the course of this previous year I had MANY nights with no hot water. I had my car broken into and was told that "that area" of the parking lot had no cameras to see who did it but it was probably an inside job. I hope no females are counting on the security cameras that aren't really there for their safety. The cable TV has been switched to USC cable now so no more hi-def DISH cable, very few channels, not what we were promised. Not what their websites promise. Internet.... Hasn't worked for more than a week. They just tell you to go to the campus library if you want to use the internet. No more wifi either as promised. It just isn't the luxury they say it is. It is now an EXPENSIVE dorm. Beware of what you are getting.
