The manager is rude and the owner is stingy. The manager does not respond promptly to requests. She does not inform you when service people come into the apartment, and almost scared me half to death. The place is not kept up well at all and our apartment flooded because of a pipe. They would not pay to replace the damaged furniture. It was a horrible experience living there and I would recommend it to no one. Plus, they are completely overpriced for what you get. I found a place 5x nicer for LESS RENT!
