Manager is not helpful. We had two pipes break in our walls, one almost destroying my TV. Garbage disposal broke twice, dishwasher once. We had roaches, which took three complaints to finally have a guy sent up with a few things of roach poison. Only one elevator worked all year. The parking garage gate was always open. It was a death trap trying to come out of the garage since people parked right up to the driveway on both sides. In fact, someone got into an accident coming out of the garage and was taken to the hospital. I hope she was okay. The front door to the building was broken for weeks. I am so happy to be out of that place. DO NOT LIVE THERE!
