The manager is literally never there. Only one elevator works the entire year except during summer when a lot of people are looking for apartments (meaning it's turned off on purpose). The place is a total dump. Parking is horrible. Never responds to any request for repair. Thursdays are very noisy due to people partying. Hot water gets turned off with little warning. Takes huge sums of money out of your deposit for "cleaning" when in fact the next person gets something very close to the same thing like it's been never cleaned. Kicks you out early with less than a day of notice if the manager knows you're moving out and someone else wants to move in. The beggars in Westwood probably had better living than me - at least they have street cleaning.
