parking:
basement parking for tenants is well lighted...vehicle spacing is good...almost no guest parking though...most of the ground level spaces are supposedly designated for guests, however, tenants with extra cars that dont want to pay extra for basement parking use them...

maintenance:
for such a huge complex, the grounds and hallways are pretty much well maintained...the elevators though seem to broken often...

construction:
i think its a 5 year old complex which makes it rather new...units are nicely layed out...there are numerous electrical outlets...the bathrooms are nice...storage is also adequate...

noise:
if your unit faces centinela, youll hear the road noise all day/night long...the hallways are pretty quiet...the alarm does go off once in a while for some reason...

gounds:
landscapers are constantly present...

safety:
there have been a number of unit break-ins...it seems like there is 1 or 2 every month...from management's point of view, this is probably a low percentage based on about 700 units...however, there has not been any major adjustments made by management to further secure the complex...access gates are constantly ajar...cars are able to enter the complex by timing a car exiting then going thru the automatic gates...also, any stranger can just walk in when the auto gates open...each building in the complex has a perimeter door on the first floor to get into the elevators...however, this can very well be bypassed by either walking down the basement parking ramp and taking the elevator from there, or a side door in the building that is always open...there is a gate that separates the apartment complex from the actual pool, gym, and office areas...if youre coming from the pool/gym/office, you dont need a key to get thru the gate into the apartments...if youre a tenant wanting to visit the pool/gym/office, youll need a key!..this is quite an odd setup since any stranger can simply casually walk thru the leasing office and get to the pool area, and eventually into the aparment complex itself..

office staff:
all of those ive dealt with are generally pleasant...however, for such a beautiful and expensive place, youd think that rules should be more enforced, such as parking and security...

I think that the staff has been working overtime to try and inforce rules. I have also seen alot more security around the property which makes me feel safe.
