I am a current tenant of Villa Azure, moving out at the end of the month. Before I write my review I wanted to point out an interesting pattern. Every time there is a review by a tenant who has something negative to say about Villa Azure, it is immediately follwed up by a "good samaritan" who is "still a tenant" or some other nonsense about fond memories of their time there.

They say everything was is/was wonderful, and rate it 5 stars in every category. They always mention the staff as friendly, professional, and often point out they "dress in suits".

These posts are obviously made by employees of Villa Azure. I don't know who they think they are fooling! Does it make sense that a happy tenant with no plans to move just happens to come to this site, and seeing the negative reviews posts a wonderful review to help balance out their score' It sure doesn't to me!

Listen- here is the truth. Villa Azure's facility is beautiful. As the person before said "it's eye candy". I had no complaints about the grounds or pool. Even the upkeep and maintenence people were friendly and professional.

But, the office staff is only nice to you when you are looking to move in. Once you are here you become a nusiance to them. Just look at their fake reviews. Every one of them says anyone who says anything negative about the place is a "problem person".

Basically all of their tenants are problem people to them. I guess they think of themselves as professional because they are wearing suits, but actually they all have an attitude. I would rather be courteously treated by someone no matter how they dress.

The apartment was nice, but a bit small. The central air is noisy. The neighbors are noisier. It might be the insulation, but it is also a factor of who lives there. Most of the tenants seem nice, however there are alot of thugs that make you feel uncomfortable, and make so much noise that it ruins the experience for everyone else. There are plenty of loud arguements at night when you are trying to sleep.

The ants are a huge problem. It doesn't matter how clean you are. They will come into your bathroom and kitchen. Once they get in, if you leave food out anywhere there will be a swarm of them. I had a birthday cake out on the table for a couple of hours, when I came in there were ants all in it.

Laundry is also a problem. They have nice laundry rooms (a little expensive though), but don't wait until the weekend or you may not get your laundry done. Also don't leave it in the dryer too long, or you won't find it there.

Crime is a concern. Don't let the presence of guards fool you. Whenever you live with thugs, and people who are trying to live beyond their means, theft will be a problem. Lock your doors, and don't have things shipped UPS. If anything sits outside your door someone will swipe it.

Guest parking is, as everyone noted ... a problem. You have to block a spot with your own car before 5 pm if you have a guest coming in the evening. Otherwise once everyone is home from work, good luck!

Overall... I've lived in better places, and worse places. But, as this was the most expensive place as far as rent that I have lived, I expected it to be a better experience than it was. I wouldn't recommend it unless you are kind of a party person who doesn't get bothered too easily by noise and such.

I'm not a manager, or staff person here and I often post my experiences, most of which are positive, because I think the negative ones are bogus or written by disgruntled ex-tenants who got evicted, or are just plain angry people. I have Apartment.com contact me so I can post a real review. While I found yours to be closer to what sounds like real experiences, if you read some of the others, you will notice a definite pattern. That's what makes them seem so bogus. Anyways I'm getting tired of responding and I'll just let people make their own mind up.I'm happy here, besides the fact that it's expensive. But hey so are any of the other places I would want to live.
