I just moved in to the community. I read all of the reviews before choosing to move here. You are never going just find some place that is absolutely perfect. I even asked about the security issues. The staff reassured me that they were taking care of the problems that I had read about so many times. Guess what they did. They have instlled new doors around the buildings and alarms in the stairway. They have also changed all the keys to the buildings and now all residents dont have access to my specific building which makes me feel a lot better. I also see the security patroling the area. Like I said I have been here for about 4 months. Since I have been here all I have seen is progress. Yes the rent maybe a little high but I dont mind paying if I see were my money is going, and I do. Everywhere is high in LA.
