BAD customer service and rude management

The place isn't so bad, as long as you don't try dealing with the bookkeeper or the management there! They are the most unfriendly, rude, and not understanding people we have dealt with in a while. There was a BANK error which they wern't willing to forgive, even though the manager of BofA called to explain and apologize multiple times. Then they made us submit money orders the rest of our time there, because they "can't trust us". Money is not an issue for us, and it's demeaning. What made it worse though was the horrible attitude we have gotten and BAD customer service. If you are going to pay this much to live somewhere then go somewhere else where you are treated right!
