Overpriced!

This apartment is very small and way over priced! While the grounds are superior, the interior of the apartment is nothing special. It is in my opinion that the one bedrooms should be in the area of $1250 as opposed to $1500/month.

Security at gate oftentimes let people in gates to visit you without calling to verify like they are assigned to. They also hit on your guest at the gate as they are registering to enter the property. This has happened with a few of my guests and with the guest of my neighbors.
