I moved in almost one year ago, and my impression of the place has declined ever since. In terms of asthetics, the place look really nice, but the quality of several residents are less than desireable. The Villa Azure lives by the "if you are breathing and have money, we'll let you in" creed. They aren't selective (as they would like for you to believe) at all. Police officers and fireman seem to always be on site because of something going on. It seems to be a daily occurence. I heard several gunshots about six months ago, shortly followed by helicopters with spotlight beams looking for suspects. I asked management what happened and they lied and said "those were just fireworks". Some tenants are rude and very disrespectful...i.e. loud music, weed smoke. Once again, looking at the place from the outside, you would think luxury and high standards, but once you're in, it's completely different. The best thing about the Villa is the fitness center. The entire staff should be replaced. Do not move here if you value your dollar. Oh yeah, did I mention someone chose to pull the fire alarm at 2:00a.m. last week' Needless to say, everyone was disturbed for nearly two hours. Choose wisely!

I too had a frightening experience with a relative who just moved from there. Before moving in, do a tour and take a good look at the people who may or may not be around - don't look at the caribbean aesthetics.

Yes, this is an aweful place. You can even see drug dealers outside the building. And do not dare to visit the Grocery store Ralphs after 11pm because you may not feel secured there. On top of that the marketting agents are full of liars. The water in the swimming pool stinks.You can see people from no where to here.

Staffs are especially rude through a phone.... And yea I got fooled by the pool and the gym! -_- And Staff never answers my question that I asked though E-mail....All they do is try to lure more residents by fake outlooks I guess. I don't recommend this place.....honestly I don't like this area either.
