Excruciatingly horrible place to live!

While I agree that the pool and gym are nice, it's important to note that nothing else about this place is nice. I have lived here for about 9 months and they've already had 3 community managers. Not one of them has fixed anything. If you leave a message, you won't get a response. And if actually get a live person on the phone, they'll cut you off as soon as they find out you aren't calling to rent an apartment.
If you want to live in Animal House, this is the place! Residents scream, yell, sing, stomp, ride skateboards, etc. down the hallways at all hours. Neighbors play music so loud you can hear the lyrics - don't expect security or management to help. The parking garage is a late-night hangout where everyone seems to go to play their music for the entire complex, doors, trunks, and windows open wide. There are ALOT of students here, and I hate to stereotype because I was once a student, but it's no lie that the obnoxious residents are carrying backpacks, wearing their school shirts, and have school stickers on their vehicles. The exit sign in my hallway has been smashed twice, and the outdoor lights as well. It's not uncommon to see party cups and beercans down the hallways and in the parking garage. For some reason, Sunday nights are the worst.
Did I mention the really terrible ant infestation''' GROSS! I've spoken with several neighbors in this building and others - we all have it.
I have had 5 packages stolen from in front of my door. UPS/DHL/FedEx leave them, and by the time I get home, they're gone. No surprise - my downstairs neighbor's apartment was broken into in the middle of the afternoon. And somehow no one noticed.
Security is a joke - anyone can come in at any time, just following cars in through the gate. Security doesn't seem to mind if you hover by the gate, just waiting to sneak in behind someone. They also don't care who uses the pool and fitness center, nor do they care if it's outside of the posted hours. Besides, do you really think security can do anything about the frequent gunshots''' They certainly aren't doing anything about the drug dealers...
I've contacted management and the corporate office, but nothing has helped. We're moving out ASAP and I encourage you to avoid Villa Azure at all costs!

I agree with everything you said, I lived here in 2004 and the same old
bull was going on then people getting there motorcycles stolen from the
parking lot, top floor apartments getting broken into, loud music all night long, any and everyone using the pool & gym, horrible office staff
and security looking like you need to keep an eye on them, looks good on the outside but thats about it.
