I had a nice impression to this apt. I used to live in "Park La Brea" before, and they didn't have satisfying interior, so I moved in "Villa Azure" by it's good outlook and interiors.
It was kind of odd that in villa azure they required us to join rentals plan for home insurance when we sign to move in. $18/m is not a little money if you have a year of contract..
Also, I had to pay $70 for an extra parking lot space. This is a reserved space, but somehow when some other resident parked in my spot for a day or two, I complained to the patrol and office. ALL they said was that they cannot do anything nor tow it cuz it's another "resident". So whats the point of paying $70 bucks per MONTH for this kind of service' You tell me.
The staffs are mostly nice when you go up to them, but on the phone they change 180.
Today I called in to ask about my lease end date. On my contract document it said it's Feb, but she told me that it's a January. Nothing wrong except that she was talking in a way complaining to a customer representative. I felt like I AM an office staff trying to calm down a mad resident. Even had to say "Calm down" to make her chill for few secs...this is ridiculous. This isn't my first time asking her to Calm down by the way....I'm planning on complaining this rude manner with a manager whenever I have time.... There are lists of stuff to complain about living in here.
Few are Not properly working laundry machines,noisy neighbors,marching ants time to time, security, mailbox being too small, no tmobile reception, can only register with contracted servives(phone,internet,tv)....I don't know if pets are allowed here but I hear random people screaming all of the sudden randomly along with dog barks.........
For maybe few months I did not have any problem but as I live here longer I feel like this place is NOT for me at all.
Whoever that rude staff is, name starting with T....I gotta put an end to this treatment.
