Before signing the ocntract, read every line. Get a copy and bring it home to study it. You will be forced to pay the cleaning and painting which is a violation of the California Tenant Law. some residents are noisy , partying all night. You could even smell the marijuana in the air. Security is a joke. The gate on the Centinela Ave. side is always open at night. Pool is frezzing even in summer. It's not heated. You have a hard time reporting this without any resolution. So sign that contract at your own risk. Not worthy staying there. Just a waste of money.

This is so untrue. Check it out for yourself. Ask real tenants, not these disgruntled ones who probably left a messy deposit and had to pay for clean up, or lost their apartment, which is not against California Tenant Law. I've lived here for more than a year and the only thing that is true from this letter is that the gate is sometimes broken.

Yah sure.. I bet this place is a dump.. I mean come on! Look how many bad versus good reviews there are against this place. it must be a real ---- hole! I bet livhappy is the one tokin up the weed in the air..

I have been living on this place for 2 months. Having seen the pool and its amenities, I decided to sign the lease. It was the biggest mistake of my life. I have been suffering migraines because of the noises I hear from inconsiderate tenants. It is true about the partying, not to mention the tenant/s upstairs that do their laundry whenevr they feel it...1 in the morning?? I tried to call the 24 hour patrol but guess what, no response, and I can't even leave a message. I have reported this to the management, but to no avail. There are cars parked at night everywhere with no stickers on, but weren't towed. Who are these people then? It is true about the smell of marijuana in the air. I am paying an expensive apartment where I don't feel safe and secured. I am going to breach my contract and won't mind paying for the fine. I will need my sanity back.

Or livehappy is the Apartment Manager. So guys and gals, think twice before considering living in Villa Azure. I forgot to mention yearly increase is at least $300 for a 2 Bed/2 bad unit. I would agree, staff are not friendly especially if you're asking for requests. The washers are always broken and hogged overnight by other tenants. Noise, Noise and Noise at night. The smell of weeds is always in the air. This is not class as I thought it was. Also, pool is NOT HEATED and it's cold even on summer days, even worst in fall/winter time. Dogs barking all night long. Loud music at night.v

Staff sucks, when u come to lease they are the best one's and once you sign it then they are like France.
