Please, please, please don't even consider moving to this apartment complex. I moved there over the summer with two other roommates. We were only there for four days before we got ROBBED! Luckily, no one was home, but they knocked down the door in MIDDAY, and stole all of our electronics. And apparently there were 3 other apartments robbed that same day! When the police finally showed up we asked them if it was a good place to live and they said absolutely NOT!

I am not one to post on these kind of sites, but i feel that strongly against living in Villa Azure. The management luckily let us break our lease, but we did not get get a lot of our security deposit back which is ridiculous considering we were there for less than a week.

Seriously, do not be deceived by the aesthetic, resort-like pool area. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. We moved out of there as soon as we could and are so happy we are not living in that unsafe place anymore!

Interesting that many of the bad comments are from anonymous reviewers. If this is an actual review, I am sorry that your experience here was negative.I've been here for over a year and to date have had no bad experiences. Well, my upstairs neighbor's water heater busted at @ 5am and flooded into my apartment. Maintenance was there by 5:30am cleaning things up. Other than that, I find these negative reviews suspicious. They never give a screen name, an apartment building, or any dates, just negative press. They all speak of violence and security deposits. I have an 8 year old, we have never experienced any violence here and neither have any of our neighbors as far as we can tell. I've asked. It's not noisy here, it's actually eerily quiet, especially in the day and considering how many cars are here.Occassionally someone has a party , but it's ussually in the summer or on the weekend. I'd say on average, i here about 2 parties every few months. Music is always down by about 11pm. I'm a light sleeper and have never been kept awake by any loud music or partying. Most people who live here are working couples,single parents, or students. And many of the people I talk to have lived here for years. I wonder if these negative stories are actually true, or is it a few disgruntled person who constantly write bad reviews because they have nothing better to do.

you're a liar, for one thing, if your apt is flooding, you call the service line it takes 5 minutes to just speak to someone, if you think that mainenance, who doesnt live there because I've asked them, can get the page, call it in to the service to find out what the issue is, get up, take a shower, get dressed and get to your place in 30 minutes, also, I have seen this one boy at night time running around the pool area, literally karate kicking the lights down, ripping them out of the ground and breaking them, he ran up to the lights screaming to himself cursing mother ______er!! I'll show you!", this happened multiple times a week, so no wonder the property is so dark and creepy. So you're definitely a liar livhappy (emplpoyee)
