The place itself is very nice! But i should of stayed in ghetto L.A. The people were ghetto, weed stench in every hallway. I couldnt even the pool and jacuzzi because many of the residents brought their family members many friends (more than 2 per apartment as required!) and to top it off, the security guards did not check anyones Villa Azure pass!! I once saw a woman trying to run over her husband/Boyfriend and he threw a folding chair he was carrying to the car at her car. I had my assigned parking spot taken from a neighbors guest many times until one day i got tired of it and called security so they can call the tow truck. He came out on time to move his car before it was towed. Also security there is a joke! I had one crackhead swear she lived in my apartment! She kept banging on my door to let her in, i called security to deal with it and never came, she just got tired and left.

Neighbors above would play loud music on weekdays till about 2am, security wouldnt do crap (10pm no loud music rule), but i play some tuned with my friends with balcony closed and behold! Security at MY door telling me to keep it down at 8pm, i told em to ---- off because i have until 10 and they never do ---- when i call about the 2am weekday music.

All in all, i dont recommend this place at all! Its very nice but thats how they fool you. Also do not view the apts next to Villa, thats the south central of apartments. VERY GHETTO!

Well said and honest. They have operated their bait and switch leasing policy for some years. They never mention the Section 8 folks, the helocopters at nite, or the fire alarms that regularry wate you up in the middle of the nite. Oh! bu the way, they nolonger call the Guard a Security Guard, and they were forced to remove the word "luxury" from their sign: "Luxury Apartment Living."
