" And there is no section 8 at these communities." you're wrong, it's illegal for a community as large as Villa Azure to not have a certain percentage set aside for section 8, know what you're talking about before you say it, second of all, I've personally found dog sht in the elevators multiple times. And what is the explaination for all the cars that have been put on cinderblocks with NO TIRES. This one theif broke into one car, took the jack from it, then used the jack from that car to jack up another car steal the tires off of it, and then even came back the next day to take the jack out from under the car lmao they came back the next day and still noone saw anything!?!?!?

Never seen a dog or dirty diapered kid in the pool (not that I check other peoples babies diapers). Yes kids do live here. Ohh no! So you don't like rap music. Sorry, top grossing music form. Where is the patio used for drying. Should be easy to spot. What qualifies the people in the business office as gang bangers - race, dress, ohh! different than you. No, maybe you just know who the gang bangers are. What bldg do you live in with urine and vomit in the hallways. Maintenance and cleaning ladies keep my building clean. Good to see you go! PS use spell check, or ask one of those 'Ghetto Section 8 Inglewood residents' to help you with your spelling, grammar and typing skills. SECTION 8 IS NOT THE SAME AS LOW INCOME. IT'S ILLEGAL NOT TO OFFER LOW INCOME. LOW INCOME IS RELATIVE. THERE IS USUALLY A RANGE OF INCOME LIKE $35K -$65K IS LOW INCOME IN HIGH RENT COMMUNITIES. YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO HAVE AN INCOME OF AT LEAST 1 AND 1/2 THE LEASING PRICE. SECTION 8 USUALLY REFERS TO A PROGRAM THE GOVERNMENT OFFERS TO HELP PERSONS, WHO ARE LIVING BELOW THE POVERTY LEVEL, PAY THEIR RENT. THIS IS GOVERNMENT FUNDED AND THEREFORE THEY DO NOT PAY FOR HIGH END LEASES, JUST THE GOING RATE FOR MODEST COMMUNITIES.

Hey, I went in, took the tour and "of course" did not witness dog poop. However, the leasing consultant did tell me that if I qualified, there is a government program accepted at the place. So the poster IS correct. (I don't recall the leasing agent naming the program, but he did say it was income-limited.) I'm so glad that Apt.Ratings.com exists. People PLEASE pay attention to the posts - we are regular people trying to WARN others from having bad experiences at places. PS to the person who posted the lengthy comment .... sometimes folks sign 2 YEAR LEASES and if they try to get out of it early... the Landlord WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT! (So the original poster may have HAD to stay at this place for that length - even with all its problems)

Thanks Anonymous! You are close, I am single and self employed i had a two bedroom w/loft, my office was in the loft. Not to brag but over the years I have accumuliated a lot of stuff not easily moved, including a 52' flat TV. All people are not trangient like Anomymous1, If I wanted to live a trangient lifestyle, I could have moved to a downtown motel. Happly I relocated to Marina Del Rey, CA.
