It seems to me that there's this cycle that goes on- angry tenant writes over-dramatic negative review, employee writes a response about how great the place is. Like everything in life, somewhere in the middle there probably lies the truth. But regardless, my girlfriend and I chose not to live in Villa Azure based on these reviews- we went with Avalon, and are VERY happy. VERY. Thanks everyone for helping us dodge a bullet. Because even if 1% of the negative reviews are true, it's clear that there is some real racial tension at this place and nothing I'd ever want to be part of.

what a coiincidence that the person quoted "Another crank review!" Had made that post immediately after I had made my post, nice defense mechinism of having employees make immediate defense-mode posts for the property. I guess this is another one of the 100 crank reviews lol get real. I hope that helps your commissions! The reality is writted all over the Villa Azure page here, horrible approval rating, even with the employees falsifying their identity to try to boost their approval, to further trick those genuinely looking for a place to live, those looking for affordability, and a safe environment, which they will find neither one at Villa Azure. Seriously, put an end to this fecade, this place needs to be torn down and rebuilt starting with the management, that IS reality.

Another crank review. Why would you live here if the police has to be on speed dial? Just don't move in if it's that bad. The police must come specifically to your apartment, dressed in plain clothes maybe. I've been her for two years and have seen them only once. When I first moved in a tenant who appeared to have been drinking alcohol was being removed from the premises. He was later evicted. That was once, two years ago. Stop hating and just move somewhere else. MOVE ALREADY! I DON'T WORK HERE. JUST LIKE YOU GOT AN EMAIL THAT SOMEONE POSTED A REVIEW ABOUT THE VILLA AZURE, SO DID I. AND FUNNY HOW YOU POSTED AFTER. I'M A FORMER TENANT. MAYBE YOU WORK AT A COMPETING APARTMENT COMPLEX LIKE THE HEIGHTS OR PLAYA . HMMM! BY THE WAY GET SPELL CHECK.
