This is a dangerous place to live and the management turns over every two months. The fire alarm would go off at least once a month due to vandals and the security was terminated because they were ineffective. Avoid at all costs.

I posted a truthful negative response to Villa Azure and stand by those comments that management is poor and the community is dangerous. I find it beyond highly suspicious that every time a resident posts a negative comment, a day later, someone posts a favorable comment to boost the communities ratings. There are no comments about this community for months at a time and when a new post is made, the community tries to offset a negative rating for business. Is this their policy?

you're a liar, because octavia quit, sweet kristal left too, and I think there was some guy there leasing too, who also left after just a few months, so 3 leasing ppl isnt high turnover? and they actually replaced the security company with a completely different one because so many cars were broken into!

I recently left the community and the security was pretty bad. They did terminate the original security company and replaced with a new contract. Lots of police in the area for the bad people there that were residents.

I lived here from Dec. 2006 to August 2008 There once was a problem with the fire alarms. Turned out to be teenagers and college kids. I had no problem with the security of the building. I had heard of others, but on average everyone I talked to said they don't understand the bad reviews. I agree. The only problem i had here was that the apartments are teeny tiny. I think most of the negative reviews are from irresponsible and disillusioned persons who expect to be treated like they're Paris Hilton. It's a nice place, but it's not a palace. I moved because it was too small for my daughter and I. I SIGNED UP ON THIS SITE AFTER I MOVED IN AND NOTICED THAT THERE WERE SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I WAS PERPLEXED AS I HAD NOT HAD SUCH A NEGATIVE RESPONSE. SO, EVERY TIME ANY REVIEW IS POSTED I GET AN EMAIL TELLING ME SO. SOME I RESPOND TO SOME I DONT. USUALLY I RESPOND TO THE ONES THAT SEEMED FILLED WITH BIASED HATE AND ANGER. I'M JUST TRYING TO PUT OUT SOME TRUTH. BELIEVE ME, IF I HAD THE EXPERIENCES THESE REVIEWS CLAIM, I'D DEFINITELY BE SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER. BUT I HAVEN'T, AND I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYTHING CLOSE TO WHAT MANY OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS POST. SO, THAT'S THE SKINNY ON WHY I POST RIGHT AFTER NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

A total of 12 people have left since May: Mike, Octavia, Crystal, Jonathon, Crystal, Raquel, Jon, Jon (3 total Jon's) Veronica, Stacy, Audrey, Lucas...and that does not count the temps
