I could write a book filled with reasons why you shouldn't move here but I will try to keep this short... Basically Villa Azure is a nice looking apartment complex, unfortunately its down the street from the ghetto and is filled with low class people. The fire alarms have gone off a handful of times in the AM for no reason besides someone messing with them. Evey weekend the grounds and building gets trashed, I have seen cars get broken into here. The biggest annoyance if the thugs who sell drugs on the street in front of the building entrance. You here loud talking and yelling all night, and the gate that is suppose to keep thugs out is broken on the regular by them and their friends so they have easy access to this apartment. There parts of the complex that are not facing the street are filled with jerks bumping loud music who like talking to peoples girlfriends. Security does nothing, I have see people hanging out in the stairwell drinking at night also. Helicopters, cops, gangsters, drugs, crime, vandalism, expensive rent, its all here waiting for you at Villa Azure.

Lies and exaggerations. That review is a joke. Ladera heights, the neighborhood the Villa Azure is next too is so not a ghetto. Bet you can't afford to live there. It's a 'multicultural' upper middle-class neighborhood. Maybe you just cant handle the multicultural (Black, White, Asian, etc, aspect of life here in the big city. If there are drug dealers selling in front of the complex, didn't you see them when you viewed the apartment. Maybe you saw them when you came in to sign the lease. Yet, you still moved in. And which unit did you live in, the non-existent one. I lived there for nearly two years and the only thing that rings true in your review is that some jerk kept pulling the fire alarms. Hmm. Maybe it was you. Move out already bill. Bet you're a Sarah Palin fan too!

I have no problem with the racial mix...i find it wonderful. I do find the blaring of radios in the back by building six and the loud talking at night back there and those stupid speed bumps that sound like gunshots to be incredibly annoying. if only the management would put signs up to have people turn off the radios once they enter the grounds, keep the noise down and make the speed bumps rubber, this would be a nice place to live. I don't find it dangerous and I find the neighborhood across the street just lovely, and I have never seen gangsters or drug dealers. As for the gate, the landscapers open it and just forget to lock it. If you go to the security kiosk, they are quick to lock it. They are very friendly and helpful there. Maybe you can get farther if you changed your attitude..."You can catch more flies with honey..." as the adage goes... i wish we can have a meeting by the pool, so we can meet our neighbors. There's a lot of potential here. I wish some people would turn their anger into a desire to make a change for the better. I just feel very forgotten in the back. A little consideration will go a long way...

I urge all residents with complaints to file a grievance with the better business bureau and to contact the Corporate office. Find out who the complex manager's boss is or the Regional Manager and file a complaint. I will do the same.

what a crock, this place is a nightmare, but im stuck in this lease because I moved in in a special, i'm moving out of the ghetto and renting a home for less in two months, finally leaving this nightmare on west centinela street. I will also file a complaint with the Better Buniess Bureau.

From experience, when the manager receives a BBB complaint, they get tossed in the trash. And believe me they get them frequently. Still file though because it goes on their record with the BBB. The regional manager's office is located at Villa Azure.
