I am currently apartment shopping in the West LA-Marina Del Rey neighborhood and noticed the sign for the apartment off the 405 fwy. Looking at it seems very nice so we decided to stop by. We did not notice anything bad or any drug dealing going on when we went to view inside. Though the reviews seem to correlate to the same problems in this complex which I am now changing my mind in not moving planning to move here. I am glad I did my research before moving into here.

That is stacy, she is the manager at the community, so now you've had a chance to meet the person that you most likely never met because shes always in her office in a "meeting". You certainly dodged a bullet by not moving here sister.

Everyone should feel comfortable with where they choose to reside. I did not see the reviews on this site before i moved in, and I am glad I didn't, or else I would have never moved in.I never had any problems for the nearly 2 years I lived there. I moved because I am buying property. Like you said, you didn't see any drug dealing or bad things happening when you viewed the apartments. That's because it's not happening. I think that people get upset at the high rents, multicultural residents and or they are disgruntled when they move out because they charge cleaning fees. I'm not sure, This place is truly getting an unwarranted bad rap. I really think it's a shame. But from reading the reviews and having lived there (12-2006 to 8-2008) I really believe that it has a lot to do with people who do not expect to see so many different races (specifically Black People) living there and they just expect bad things to happen. The so called ' drug dealers ' are usually young Black Men who are students at Otis Art College or Loyola Marymount. As are also the 'Ghetto Prostitutes' also known to the real world as young Black Women. Luckily I never ran into these disgruntled residents, so my stay there was a pleasurable one. I hope you enjoy where ever it is you choose to live. I just wanted to put some truth out there so you'd know your first impression of the place was probably the most accurate one. MY NAME IS NOT STACEY. I WAS A RESIDENT HERE AS I STATED. WHAT'S UP WITH THE "SISTER" COMMENT. IS holidaysin@aol.com A NUN. THAT'S CLASSIC. WHO SAID IT WAS A SHE IN THE FIRST PLACE. MAKES IT OBVIOUS THE ROLE RACE PLAYS IN THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEING POSTED. BY THE WAY, IF YOU WEER TRYING TO BE COLLOQUIAL, THE TERM IS "SISTAH" Signed NOT ANONYMOUS

Doesn't make sense, jiber jaber. An insult to the catholic religion. Face it stacey the place sucks and so do you. Until you can recognize a problem, you can't do anything about it. You ruin peoples lives, and make living miserable for them. Go drown yourself.

LivHappy is a liar is she says she never saw any drug deals going down here. It's so common that I'm sure everyone in here has been offered drugs to buy.
