I would not recommend this community. The police were frequently in the complex due to dangerous situations and the office staff was poor. They couldn't hold down a manager. I went through at least 4 in my tenure and when I left, they had no manager at all. They had a clerk answer the phone for any issues or the machine and no one called back. The repair and maintenance person on call was about the only benefit as he did his job well.

yes Rafino good maintenance man but boy does this place have an eerie feeling when so dark and frequently see police and smell of drugs in the air sure is rampid in building 3 and 6. And to the retard below me that responded with BS you must be with management because out of 72 ratings so far, 29%!!! are "approved" which believe me, most of which are the management in response to the negative ratings. This place is a complete joke that management does this, it's like Enron telling people their stock is worth a lot. You're trying to trick people into thinking this is a safe, inexpensive, drugfree, and nice place to live, when it's the exact opposite. End this scam of trying to trick people into thinking this place is okay, because doing so you clearly have no morals and care about the almighty dollar bill instead of the safety of these people. How could you go to bed at night, having moved someone in, and then having their apartment broken into 2 days later, how do you sleep at night, how could you live with yourself knowing that's what you do for a living, ruining people's lives because you want that extra commission, or because you may lose your job for not leasing enough apartments? Let the public see these ratings and comments for what they really are, the truth.

BS. I am not a manager and never have been here. Just an honest tenant who's not hell bent on causing strife. I lived in building 5 for 2 years and I never smelled drugs.I stayed here with my child and felt perfectly safe. To be honest we rarely saw anyone unless we were at the pool or in the gym. There were occasional parties, but nothing out of the ordinary . If you go through the reviews you will see that most of the negative ones are from tenants who continue to live at a place they consider heinous. If it's so bad, leave. Most people lease by the year. If it were that bad why would these people stay 2, 3 and more years. I would never stay anywhere like the place these negative reviews have described. Especially not with a child. I've since moved because I bought a house. If I can afford to pay the lease there, I could afford to buy my own house. Maybe you should move out and buy your own place too!
