This place is a joke. Noisy neighbors (loud music/party, barking dogs at night), nassty swimming pool and jacuzzi (with dead possum), used condoms on the pool area, poor security. Read the contract first before you sign yor name on it. Make sure you read every word on that paper as this contract proects them, Villa Aure, not the ppor tenants like you. I'm so glad I moved out from this nasty place. The looks in front is inviting but when you started living here then you will know what i'm talking about. By the way, customer service sucks too. When you report the problem at the front office, staff here are not friendly especially if you let them know a problem in your apartment. Parking spots are for Mini cooper as these are so small. You'll know when you are parked between two cars espacially if these are SUVs.
So think twice or more before you live here. Not worth it.

This is 100% the truth and that's the same reason I moved out of that hole, it needs to be torn down with a bulldozer thats what they need to do.

You guys must be from competing apartment complexes. Lived here for two years and never had these problems. I wonder if the Villa Azure establishment knows that it's being cyber-bullied.

People who gives positive remarks to Villa Azure is either an employee (manager, clerk, etc) of this hell house. I don't live in any apartment anymore as I finally bought a house (thank God!). We are telling the truth. Stay away from Villa Azure! It's give you lots of headaches during and after you lived here.

None of these negative reviews are from competing apartment complexes. The comps don't care that much. The 12/13 response is from an employee...probably Carrie since the other three employees could care les about this place and well, Adrienne isn't educated enough to write a response with proper spelling.
