The industry in general has high turn-over but since May 10 employees have quit. One walked out because she had gotten so fed up with the BS.
This is the first place that I have ever lived or worked that 98% of whats written on here is true.
It is a beautiful property, beautiful pool, great fitness center. But that is about all the pros.
Two residents were mugged at gunpoint in one of the buildings...Management did nothing about it. IN FACT! Not only did they not do anything about it, but they actually CUT BACK on the number of courtesy patrol guards.
People grow marijuana on their patios....nothing gets done about it.
My neighbors had swarms of police there because they had minors, alcohol, drugs, prostitutes and stolen merchandise in their apartment...NEWS FLASH! He is still living there!
There are 3 registered sex offenders living there (www.meganslaw.ca.gov)
2 Entire buildings had their mail stolen. Packages get stolen all the time.
Several residents have had their cars broken into or vandalized.
Several apartments have been broken into. SEVERAL! Even a leasing agent had her apartment broken into! And these werent 1st floor apartments! Several were on the fourth floor! Lofts! They were broken into by the window that is easily accessible from the roof. Other apartments had their doors kicked in. In broad daylight. Cameras are in the garages and randomely around the property, however they do not record and many don't even work.
Call the local police department you can verify everything I have said.
Employees are belittled and harassaed by management and when they complain they get written up and fired.
OH! AND yes it's true. This place is absolutely infested with ants, roaches and mice.
A few of these residents are actually suing the company for deplorable living situations.
Don't be fooled by its pretty facade!
Oh and what happens when a resident complains and complains and complains' Instead of fixing the problem, they let them out of their lease. But when residents complain that on multiple occassions his car has been broken into, hit, vandalized and wants to leave a mere 6 weeks early, or a resident harasses another resident they get penalized.
And you wonder why the rents are starting at $1100 now when mine was $1800 just a few months ago.
Oh and past residents call all the time because they are still dealing with issues in regards to balances they were charged but don't really owe.
If you are a current resident, make sure you get everything in writing when you talk to anyone in management. Document evey issue that you experience whether its with your apartment or with staff.
I have enclosed 2 pictures take on 2 different days this month, the most recent being yesterday, 12/22/08 when cops were out to Villa Azure TWICE for two different calls.
STAY AWAY! And my apologies to anyone I leased an apartment to. I truly am sorry!

lol I used to work there too and that's why I'm always on here trying to warn people about this place. It was almost unethical to rent to people, but I had to do it or I would lose my job and apartment home as well. I was an employee and didn't even feel safe walking around there at night. It's a very dark eerie place.

I'm glad I NEVER encountered any of these things when I lived there for 2 years. I guess I was EXTRA lucky, or this is another made-up review.

the only made up reviews are the positive ones. I had originally posted my review and responses using my email address and user name, I just changed them to anonymous as I am looking for a job and I didn't want anything to come back and bite me in the a$$...sorry!

I am not sure that the 10 employees that walked out is entirely accurate. I was told that half of it was due to BRE running out of money and they had to cut as this was one of the least desirable properties. The manager will be terminated after the holidays, I know someone from another property and she is expecting to take over in a few weeks.

Not only did people quit, they were fired because they blatantly lied to residents about information they knew nothing about. I was a victim of this.
