There is usually no one to answer the phones with questions and I heard that the manager; Stacy was suspended recently for inappropriate acts. A friend said that the management company may consider liquidating their asset in this complex and is looking for a buyer as they have had exposure to lawsuits.

I recently applied for an apartment in Villa Azure and I was very impressed with the staff and even more with the the apartment unit. I'm very familiar with the area and have visited friends that have been residing at Villa Azure since its' opening. I hope to move in and look forward to doing so. Happy New Year

I had been considering living at this community but once I read these reviews and I glad that I have decided to look elsewhere. There must be some truth behind all of this. Thank you all for helping me dodge this bullet.

Stacy was never suspended! She got smart and quit before it got bad. Where do you people get your information?? Another posting says people were fired because they flat out lied. Uh no! Employees were told to lie...well not technically lie, but omit most of the negative...ok ok lie. But no employees were ever fired for lying. Octavia lied ALL the time and she worked there for 4 years before she QUIT. YES, she left on her on terms. So most of the things written in any add since 2008 about employees are so inaccurate its funny. And no BRE isn't running out of money so they are cutting employees. Villa Azure is BRE's cash cow. But yes, Villa Azure is unsafe. The managers aren't just bad managers, but they are horrible people. HORRIBLE! I have never met two women so coniving, two-faced, back stabbing, rude, belittling, degrading...they are miserable human beings, but hey, karma is a b*t*h!

I totally agree with all that you have said and the others. This place is absolutely rediculous. I seriously hope they all burn in hell. There nothing but a bunch of ghetto ass ------- whom lie to your face. It's funny how they lie to your face but then when you catch them in a lie they stumble and stutter. The biggest group of worthless human beings I have ever had any contact with!!!
