I have been living here for only 6 months and I should have read the reviews first.
The biggest problem is the accounting department. I've received notices stating that they have not received my rent check. Come to find out it's been posted to another unit. Every time I pay my rent I put my building and unit number in the memo field and they still mess it up. I've even added a note and they still don't get it. ...
Security is the worst. They let anyone in. They don't call you if a guest arrives. They just let them in. Many apartments in my building have been broken in to.
The property is not clean. I've found used condoms in the stairwell as well as the parking garage. There is alway trash in the parking lot next to the cars were people are just to lazy to dump it in the trash in their apartments. They need more trash bins outside near the parking lot.
Pets.. when I moved in they said that they have a breed and size restriction. Now I'm okay with small dogs I'm just afraid of large dogs. In that past 3 months I've seen 2 Pits and 5 Large dogs over 40 lbs.
This place is not worth it. I really don't know that your paying for. I wish I could break my lease but it's too much to do so.
This is just a warning. DON"T move here.

Wow. That is really horrible about the rent checks. I haven't seen the condoms myself but I have heard about them from other people. The trash is definitely a problem and I think that a lot of it has to do with the transient nature of the "tenants" here. Seems people come and go here like crazy. We definitely will be leaving when our lease is up, unless we are released from our lease. The security here is useless and we just can't feel safe here. Of course, security is only the major issue of a dozen others.

I think that somebody should coordinate a mass disturbed resident meeting with management because clearly nothing is ever being done about SO MANY things wrong here. If nothing is done, there needs to be some HUGE compensation but nothing will ever take away the worst 6 months of my life I'll tell you that. Unfortunately, I will never forget this crime ridden drug friendly "community" they call Villa Azure.

The cops honestly call this place the Centinela Projects. Oh and I always get the dan 3 day notices too and everytime I go in they're like wel it shows you paid we don't know why you got this...THEN DONT SEND EM OUT! One month they double deposited my rent check. My rent is $2400/month. I bank with the same bank they do and I was informed that all someone at Villa Azure needed to do was have one of the charges reversed and we would have our money back with in 24 hours but nnnoooo they wanted to issue each of us paper checks. I'm not made of money thats a big chunk of change. I went 3 wks without getting my money back. I had to go to my parents to borrow money so I could buy food and gas. I was late paying all my other bills that month, do you think Villa Azure refunded any of my late fees? Nope
