Again I will add to what I've previously written about this place. Just went to take my trash out to the trash chute and of course I'm greeted by two trash bags, an abandoned vacuum cleaner, dirt, hair, and spaghetti all over the floor left for someone else to clean up. Nice. Also noticed my neighbor across the way must be doing his laundry. Interesting how he drys his clothes by knotting them together until they reach the apartment below him. What a pig. Or is he trying to break into the apartment below him and he doesn't have any real rope' I don't know. Anyway my car was broken into two days ago. Was thrilled to learn from management that all those cameras I see in the garage don't actually work. Yes, still ticking the days away until I can get out of this *hitty hell hole. Added a couple of photos from today.
Just to add a few words on observations I've made just within the last few weeks. Elevator broke down. Trash and more trash by tenants who just can't figure out where the trash goes. Of course the never ending problem with people just walking in and out of here from off the street. The security gate that continues to have it's issues. The non-stop pot smoking. If you want to find out if a contact high is possible, come live here, this would be the perfect place to hold that experiment. Within the last couple of days the things that have annoyed me: a freshly used condom strewn across the floor in the elevator, a loud neigbor who insists on leaving all his window open at 3 in the morning while he sings along to his music being played at dangerous decibles, and finally a big dog turd smack in the middle of the hall between my walk to the elevator and my front door. Yes, it will be a glorious day when my lease is up.

I am going to have to agree with everything you've said, except on one occasion I was lucky enough to find dog sh it in the elevator, opposed to weed smoke. But this place seriously reeks big time, there's no way I would ever have guests over because I was embarassed to tell ppl where I lived.

I lived there two years ago for one year. Six months of that time the pool wasn't heated. Also, I was on the top floor and paid a lot of money for it. What was my view out my window for most of the year? Low life druggies having parties, often until daylight. They yelled, they smoked pot on the balcony, they even got caught breaking and entering other apartments which was finally what got them out of there. It was the police, not anything the management or security did. I always thought the security guys and the management team were trying to do their job but the corporate office tied their hands due to legal/liability fears. For about the same amount I was paying there, I now own a home. I'm so glad I got out of there when I did.
