This property has the WORST management EVER. They have employees that lie to everyone and get fired. Their staff changes about every week. This property is also dangerous. As you can see in the pictures posted the cops are at Villa Azure almost everyday. Most of the violence problems are due to the security. The security at this apartment complex are also criminals and participate in the criminal activity at this complex. I've seen first hand security officers buying drugs from specific residents. Don't let the appearance of the cabanas and pool fool you. You can catch people smoking weed there on a regular basis in the cabanas. The negative comments on this site are not exaggerations at all. A few people might have no problems, but 99% of the people living here are going to have problems unless you participate in the type of criminal activity that goes on at Villa Azure.
Also...if you decide to live here keep documentation of EVERYTHING to protect yourself because their accountants will steal your deposit and rent checks on occasion. I've had to deal with this problem and luckily I kept documentation.
Villa Azure is a property that is managed and protected by criminals...PERIOD. Bre Properties would have to fire ever last person employed there and investigate every apartment at their property to regain the integrity of this apartment complex.
Be smart and don't move here...especially if you have kids...they will be corrupted

Isn't it ironic that the very element that probably lands a good majority of new tenants here, the beautiful pool with it's gorgeous landscaping and shady cabana tents, turns out to be one of the most obvious breaches in the security of this place and management's blatant incompetence in dealing with the large criminal element that resides here. BTW, to the last poster- Anonymous of 02/18/2009, are you an idiot or are you just naturally paranoid and think everyone is referring to you when they are talking in general terms about the problems here at Villa Azure? Or maybe you are one of the criminal residents or management personnel contributing to the hell that exists here. Sorry if that seems harsh, but that's what happens when no one addresses these serious problems that are being discussed and then someone like you responds with such a useless comment.

the scary thing is that since criminals also live in the community, which means the person who breaks into your apartment, may actually be your neighbor because they know every time that you're not home, GET RENTERS INSURANCE MAX COVERAGE!
