I've lived in building 4 for 2 years now. I love the pool area. The waterfall's gorgeous.

The elevators always work. The last place I was in they'd always break down. Maintenance

is pretty fast and they're friendly. I like the fact that there's always a security guard

around the pool area so I can relax. At my last apartment you'd have to call a guard to

come from some other place if there was too many kids or something. I'm on the highway in

two seconds 'cause of the location, so that's a big plus. And they let me go month to month

which is really convenient for me right now. Other places make you sign another long lease


and who wants to make committments in this economy. Overall, it's pretty cool.

You are kidding, right? Security at the pool? Yes, there is a beautiful waterfall. I guess building four is the place to be as far as good elevator karma. It must feel good to be part of the happy 13 percent. But as a tenant who has experienced the drug traffic, the hookers, the being held up at gun point in the elevators, the on going filth, the used condoms discarded in the elevators, and many other issues too numerable to mention here, I tend to side with the 87 percent of people who live in the real world and know what an attrocious place this is. Month to month? When did they start doing that? New tenants must really be hard to sign.

Yes - month to month for an additional $300 each month! Security at the pool? Beautiful building 4 must be magical. Thank you for the fiction Looney12. Very entertaining.

I used to live in building 4. We probably just moved in almost at the same time. You must be joking when you said that the elevator always work. There were a few occasions when the elevator isn't working not just for hours, but for days!! The elevator in building 4 smells of pee. If maintenance is great, why did you give them a score of "3 squares" instead of 5? I'm so happy that I left August 2007. I used to pay $1800 for a one-bed apartment and I live by myself. If you go to the websites where you could find villa azure, you'll be surprised by how much the rent has gone down. This just means that it's a ------ place to leave.
