I stayed in Villa Elaine roughly 2 years. I liked the locations, and the interior with all the foliage. What I didnt like was literally once a week, or every other week the hot water, and/or cold water had to be turned off due to an "emergency." They painted the 4th floor a different color which is good, though thats beena project thats been going on over a year. The furnace comes up when they want it to come on so purchase an extra heater just in case for climate control. Lastly, when the person upstairs was taking a bath, her bathwater, (with the suds) was coming up through my bathtub drain which freaked me out. Thank goodness i was moving the next day. The apartments have great potential if they indeed do a renovation. All in All I give it a C
