Villa Francisca is owned by Decron Properties, who are greedy and don't care about their tenants. Beware if they try to lure you in with cheaper rent, they will jack it up on renewal. They only give you a 45 day notice when your lease coming up and you have to give a 30 day notice to move. That means they start to harass you to sign the new lease less than 15 days after they give it to you. That doesn't give you much time to look before having to sign. The on site management are nonresponsive unless your lease is up for renewal, then you have about 2 weeks of them kissing ass before you sign, but get it in writing because they won't follow through on promises. If it is not in writing, then it never was discussed. If you have a maintenance problem, they will not get on it unless you keep complaining and have to allude that you have an attorney. Even then the management will lie and make excuses why they cannot do the work, blaming the corporate office for red tape. When maintenance is done, it is sloppy, amateurish and of poor quality. Expect sewage to back up your drains or leak through your ceiling from the unit above during your stay. When that does happen, better be happy when they loan you a fan for a couple of days to try to dry it out. Forget about asking them to pay to have your carpet cleaned after a backup. However they will give you the phone number of a carpet cleaner if you pay for it yourself. Nothing more.
