I really enjoyed this building. It is in the perfect location, you almost don't need a car. It is one block from Rockin' Ralphs on Sunset - a few blocks from Mann's Chinese Theaters and Hollywood/Highland -- lots of restaurants and bars -- shopping/video stores. You can go to Hollywood clubs or the Sunset Strip in a $5 cab ride.

The building has been totally redone - has new everything. Gated, secure, assigned underground parking. Good sized gym. Heated pool and hot tub. Friendly, social, young building -- but also very quiet -- walls and doors are good quality. Had new dishwasher, stove, microwave, A/C.

Tina the manager is really nice, and Julian the maintenance guy is great -- any requests are taken care of immediately.

Building is small dog friendly if you ask -- you can walk to Runyon Canyon park which is only 3 blocks away.
