I have been living at Villa Vicente almost a year now and all I have to say is good things. Villa Vicente is the BEST place I have ever lived at. The office staff is great they are always willing to help the residents. They have a positive attitude and every professional. The maintenance always gets done with any problems within 48hrs and they leave the unit very clean after they are done. I have never had a roach problem maybe because I keep my apartment clean un-like some people. We do get lots of leaves since this is an out door property. If they had 2 bedrooms I would probably not move out. Great location in Los Angeles.

This is clearly posted by someone on staff. The security is dreadful, people cars get broken into, and worse several people apartments were broken into, some while the resident was still there in 2006. Several people were attacked by intruders and the staff didn't post warning in a timely manner, which they legally have to do.
