I just moved into Villa Vicente and I was concerned about the comments that have been made. But so far I haven't seen any issues. My apartment looks great, and it seems really quiet here. I haven't seen any rodents, which is huge relief. The last place I was in was truly infested. The staff has been really nice. The price, well it seems a bit high but I'm so close to everything so it balances out.
