A bit overpriced for a 1 bedroom in the area. There is an ongoing roach infestation in the first floor hallways which I have reported numerous times and still has not ultimately been resolved. They are however trying to make vast improvements to the building, the pool area is nice, and the one bedrooms are a liveable size for one person, although the studios i have seen are beyond cramped. There have been some break ins in what is supposed to be a "secure" garage, despite the fact that they claim to have all night security in the parking lot. It is not a horrible place to live, especially given how close you are to the miracle mile, but I have certainly experienced better.
