As adults, we need to use common sense and experience things for ourselves. Don't believe the opinion of some "anonymous stranger", especially when they are not brave enough to leave their email address or name. Disgruntled customers use this website as a means to "vent their anger", so you end up hearing negative stories from ONE person, instead of positive stories from the other HUNDREDS who live there.
So, stop and think, use your head, and don't listen to the opinions of one solitary person. In the end, you will end up with a wonderful apartment that YOU are happy with, no matter where you choose to stay!
